Keating Miraclean 60 x 24 Inch Gas Griddle
Griddle plate is made of high carbon, 3/4 inch steel plate upon which a trivalent chromium surface has been applied in a special eight step process to ensure a mirror smooth surface. The MIRACLEAN plate has an emissivity rating of .0748. Front trough, drain tray on left side is 3 inches wide. Each pilot is manually ignited with a (piezo) igniter. Electrical connections are not required. Gas requirements to install are 3/4 inch. Five burners, 150,000 btu's. Four theremostats. New knobs installed. PAID $15,527.00.
